For more than two decades, Georgio has worked at the seam where deep science meets executive decision-making — leading global teams at Philips Innovation, building Asia-wide innovation programmes at AIA Group and RGA, and now advising C-suites and governments through AethiQs.

He holds a PhD in Clinical Epidemiology from Erasmus University Medical Center and an Executive MBA in Innovation Management spanning Nyenrode, the Kellogg School of Management and Stellenbosch — a triangulation that mirrors how he works: across disciplines, geographies and frames.

Author of 15+ patents, contributor to 500+ citations, lecturer at TU/e and InHolland, and co-author of Apinti, de sprekende drum van de Marrons (2025) — Georgio's work moves fluidly between the laboratory and the boardroom, between the scientific paper and the cultural artefact.
